We sell parallel import perfumes : 

Parallel import perfumes: The goods have been imported without the approval or license of the registered owner of that trade mark and no guarantee or warranty in respect of such goods will be honoured or fulfilled by any official or licensed importer of such goods. In certain cases, defects can be present on the product itself. Quality, colour and appearance of the perfumes may differ. No claims are made on our perfumes and no false promises.

All items sold by Freshly Fig are to be ordered and bought at one’s own discretion and choice.

Due to the nature of our products we regret NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES are accepted and NO WARRANTIES are offered on any items. 

Please note that once your order has been processed, it may not be cancelled.

By purchasing, you are acknowledging that these fragrances are parallel imports and may have defects.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges will only be processed if an incorrect fragrance was delivered to you. In order for us to process an exchange, the incorrect fragrance you received must be unopened and in its original condition. If you have opened the incorrect fragrance, we take this as a tacit agreement that you accept the incorrect fragrance and an exchange will not be processed.
